MCC (Draw-Out type) Manufacturer

The MCC (Draw-Out type) is a low-voltage motor control center with withdrawable feeder modules for fast maintenance and high uptime. Each feeder moves between Disconnected, Test, and Service positions while the busbars remain energized and are safely isolated by automatic shutters. The assembly is built to IEC 61439 and components comply with IEC 60947. Typical feeders include DOL, RDOL, Star Delta, VFD, and Soft Starter. The design improves personnel safety through mechanical interlocks, door interlocks, padlocking, and positively guided shutters. Options include metering, power quality monitoring, and SCADA or BMS connectivity over Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Profibus, or Profinet. These panels are widely used in refineries, power plants, steel plants, chemical industries, and other continuous process environments where downtime is costly. With modular construction and advanced safety features, MCC panels ensure operational reliability, ease of maintenance, and long-term performance for demanding industrial applications.
