The AMF Panel (Auto Mains Failure Panel) automatically switches the load to a generator when utility power fails and seamlessly returns it to the mains once a healthy supply is restored. It continuously monitors three-phase voltage, frequency, and phase sequence, starts the DG set on outage, executes safe changeover through an ATS or motorized breakers, and performs cooldown and auto stop when the mains stabilizes. The panel includes an AMF controller or PLC with HMI, configurable time delays, start attempt cycles with crank rest, engine protections, and electrical protections. Communication to BMS or SCADA is available over Modbus. Options include battery charger, fuel level monitoring, remote start permission, and multi-generator logic. These panels are widely used in hospitals, data centers, commercial complexes, and industrial plants where uninterrupted power is critical. Built with advanced automation and rugged construction, AMF Panels ensure reliable backup power management, reduced downtime, and enhanced safety in mission-critical applications.
